The e-tickets you order through the platform are not registered to your name. So you can use the offers on the platform with several people.

In most cases, you have to bring the e-ticket printed out and it immediately counts as admission ticket. However, this is not always the case. So always carefully read the instructions in the confirmation e-mail or on the e-ticket.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change purchased e-tickets.

You will find the delivery time and method in the description of the offers. Did you place an order, but did not receive the e-tickets after 15 minutes? Check the SPAM box of your e-mail program first, perhaps the e-tickets ended up there. Is this not the case? Then contact the customer service of Fides-shop.

Did you receive a packing slip by email? Please contact the email address on the packing slip. If you did not receive a packing slip, please email promotions@touchincentive.com. Also add the proof of payment and photos of the defect to the email. We will then provide you with the correct instructions by email.
